Madison Student Assistant

Since January 2024, I’ve worked as a Student Assistant, where I help manage the James Madison College of Business Advising Center’s Instagram, create content using Canva, and support day-to-day office operations. I also assist students at the front desk and provide both administrative and technical support to the advising team.

Leidos Internship

During the summer of 2024, I interned at Leidos as a Proposal Operations Intern within the Business Development department. In this role, I assisted with the preparation and organization of government contract proposals by analyzing data, building spreadsheets, and using Excel to ensure accurate and timely submissions. I collaborated with team members throughout the proposal process and gained valuable experience in business development, teamwork, and working under tight deadlines.

Alpha Phi

From November 2021 to December 2024, I served as Vice President of Health, Wellness & Accountability for Alpha Phi at James Madison University. In this role, I led a team of 3–4 officers, facilitated department meetings, and served on the Executive Council, Judiciary Board, and Program Council. I oversaw chapter policies, risk management procedures, and emergency protocols, while also managing the department’s budget. This experience strengthened my leadership, communication, and organizational skills, all while supporting Alpha Phi’s mission and promoting women’s heart health initiatives.
